1. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our secure payment processing partner. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed; we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at mailto:payment@harveyedit.net as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. I received a confirmation email, but my payment was declined. What should I do?
Sometimes a bank will flag an online transaction for security reasons. Please contact your bank to authorize the charge, or try using a different payment method. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the funds.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page on our website includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to our size chart before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
How should I care for my HARVEY EDIT sportswear?
To ensure the longevity of your garments, always check the care label inside the item. As a general rule for activewear, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying to preserve fabric quality and elasticity. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach.
