Returns & Exchanges Policy

At HARVEY EDIT LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that buying women’s sportswear online can sometimes be tricky, and we are here to make the returns and exchanges process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes:

  • Undergarments and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or heavily discounted clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at payment@harveyedit.net with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back to our registered business address without prior authorization.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us at payment@harveyedit.net. We are happy to facilitate exchanges subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at payment@harveyedit.net with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including covering any return shipping costs.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
